Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Nutri'n Rich Multi Grain Millet atta
  • Water (as needed)
  • Oil or ghee for cooking
  • Salt to taste (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, place 1 cup of Nutri'n Rich Multi Grain Millet atta. Slowly add water, a little at a time, and knead the atta into a smooth and pliable dough. The amount of water needed may vary, so add it gradually until the dough comes together without being too dry or too sticky.
  2. Once the dough is formed, cover it with a damp cloth and let it rest for about 10-15 minutes. This resting period allows the gluten to relax, making it easier to roll out the rotis.
  3. After resting, divide the dough into small, equal-sized balls. Roll each ball between your palms to make them smooth and round.
  4. Take one dough ball at a time and flatten it slightly with your hands. Then, using a rolling pin, roll out the dough ball into a circular shape. Make sure not to roll it too thin; the roti should be of medium thickness.
  5. Heat a tawa or skillet over medium heat. Once hot, carefully place the rolled-out roti onto the tawa.
  6. Cook the roti on one side until you start to see small bubbles forming on the surface. Then, flip it over and cook the other side.
  7. If desired, you can smear some oil or ghee on the roti while cooking to enhance its flavor and texture. Cook the roti until both sides are evenly golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Once cooked, transfer the roti to a plate and repeat the process with the remaining dough balls.
  9. Serve the hot rotis with your favorite dal or curry of choice. They also pair well with yogurt, pickle, or any other side dish you prefer.
  10. Enjoy the wholesome and nutritious Nutri'n Rich Multi Grain Millet rotis as a delicious accompaniment to your meal!

By following these steps, you'll be able to prepare flavorful and healthy rotis that are perfect for any occasion.
