Ingredients:
- 1 cup Nutri'n Rich little millet dosa mix
- 2 cups water
- Oil or ghee for cooking
- Salt to taste (optional)
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of Nutri'n Rich little millet dosa mix with 2 cups of water. Mix well until you achieve a smooth batter without any lumps. You can add salt to taste if desired.
- Heat a tawa or non-stick skillet on medium flame. Once hot, pour a ladleful of the batter onto the tawa and spread it evenly to form a thin layer.
- Drizzle about 1 tablespoon of oil or ghee around the edges of the dosa.
- Allow the dosa to cook until the bottom turns golden brown and crispy, and the edges start to lift slightly from the pan. This usually takes about 2-3 minutes.
- Carefully flip the dosa using a spatula and cook the other side for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Once both sides are cooked to your liking, transfer the dosa to a serving plate.
- Repeat the process with the remaining batter, adding more oil or ghee to the tawa as needed.
- Serve the hot and crispy millet dosas with your favorite sambar, chutney, or any other accompaniments of your choice.
