Instant Little Millet Dosa Mix Cooking Instructions

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Nutri'n Rich little millet dosa mix
  • 2 cups water
  • Oil or ghee for cooking
  • Salt to taste (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of Nutri'n Rich little millet dosa mix with 2 cups of water. Mix well until you achieve a smooth batter without any lumps. You can add salt to taste if desired.
  2. Heat a tawa or non-stick skillet on medium flame. Once hot, pour a ladleful of the batter onto the tawa and spread it evenly to form a thin layer.
  3. Drizzle about 1 tablespoon of oil or ghee around the edges of the dosa.
  4. Allow the dosa to cook until the bottom turns golden brown and crispy, and the edges start to lift slightly from the pan. This usually takes about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Carefully flip the dosa using a spatula and cook the other side for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Once both sides are cooked to your liking, transfer the dosa to a serving plate.
  7. Repeat the process with the remaining batter, adding more oil or ghee to the tawa as needed.
  8. Serve the hot and crispy millet dosas with your favorite sambar, chutney, or any other accompaniments of your choice.
